I. Answering Research Questions

Every effort will be made by the library staff to answer any reasonable
inquiry from a citizen of the county. It shall be the goal of the library staff to
provide timely answers to all questions with information from reliable sources.
An appropriate response to written, faxed or phones requests for
information from non-residents shall be provided by the librarian. Requests
received through the mail which do not include a self-addressed stamped
envelope may be discarded.
